The Digital and Mobile Campaign team runs the show for Rouge for all planning and execution across digital video and mobile. The team coordinates and manages campaign scheduling and trafficking by facilitating workflow and communication for the sales team. The team is responsible to ensure deadlines are efficiently and consistently met from campaign development to execution and supported by performance based data that showcase the campaign success and upholds the Rouge standard.

DIGITAL TRAFFICKING COORDINATOR

Your day to day

  • Support the North American Manager of Logistics & Planning for digital campaign site selection within the Rouge DOOH network
  • Inventory management analytics and understanding of programmatic media buying for DOOH media across national campaigns
  • Deploy digital campaign details and event ads throughout the Rouge networks
  • Communicate with third party content providers to schedule and upload weekly content
  • Liaise with Field Marketing Managers on digital campaign requirements to identify site selection for campaign specific needs
  • Finalize proof-of-delivery and campaign reports and affidavits

What you bring

  • An undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivilant work experience, along with 3-5 years of experience manipulating and presenting data in a business environment.  Media campaign deployment with digital media programs is considered a strong asset
  • Superior PC skills (proficiency in MS-Excel and proprietary software tools)
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously, coupled with effective time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a real team player who works well with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in French is an asset

MOBILE TRAFFICKING ANALYST

Your day to day

  • Lead mobile campaigns
  • Manage the data acquisition, reporting and analytics on mobile accounts and mobile platform management through dashboard platforms
  • Illustrate return on investment, and deliver insights to improve future performance
  • Partner with sales team to manage all mobile campaigns from RFP through to execution and reporting
  • Liaise with Mobile suppliers and agencies on campaign deployment and best practices

What you bring

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Mathematics or Statistics with with 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, or similar analytics role
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign results to overarching objectives
  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to extract data and combine data from multiple sources
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Highly motivated and creative team player, motivated by collaborating across the organization and championing the Rouge brand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the the ability to present and articulate data results logically and sequentially
