The Offline and Experiential Campaign Management team is responsible for preplanning and execution of all offline and experiential campaigns. From large scale murals within the Rouge network to custom activations for clients and much more - the team plans, manages and delivers captivating and impactful campaigns from start to end. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders is a key part of any role in this team to ensure only the best quality execution and implementation at all stages.


Your day to day

  • Partner with sales to efficiently source and cost out experiential ideas and campaigns
  • Create a project plan and manage internal teams in the design and delivery of the campaign
  • Liaise with external vendors to manage and oversee production of the experiential elements
  • Collaborate with sales and internal operations teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Review production orders to ensure optimal efficiency with order delivery timelines
  • Provide day of logistical support for live event and experiential campaign implementation by managing vendors and event staff
  • Oversee media inventory management and track local and national contracts
  • Manage campaign budget, including compiling financial reports for each event
  • Develop and deliver accurate post campaign reports
  • Deliver administrative support for the North American market and participate in specialized projects

 What you bring

  • A college diploma with 3-5 years of administrative support in a fast-paced media and/or marketing event environment.  A background in hospitality and/or Brand Ambassador roles is considered an asset
  • Superior PC skills including proficiency in MS-Office. Experience with CRM software is considered an asset
  • Strong attention to details with sound analytical skills to review large amounts of data
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying highly organized
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, works well with others and a real team player
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Canadian applicants only)
